How can a woman really get her life in balance and still be on top of her game?
Know who you are and what you want
If you are living to exist and pay bills, you are not truly living. Find what excites you and chase that. Do so by drafting a blueprint of the life you desire to live and have that blueprint framed and placed in a place where you are reminded everyday of what you are about and what you desire from life.
Create daily habits that are powerful
It has been said that a habit takes 21 days to take root, so develop the habit of meditating, and going to bed early so you can be awake early and be energised to get things done. Practise reading positive and impactful books before bed.
Be organised
You have to run your day and not have your day run you. When you rise in the morning and you have established your spiritual rituals, get your diary out and start writing what you expect to accomplish by the end of the day. Write down and check off as you go.
Create and maintain healthy interactions
Your vibe attracts your tribe. Ensure that the friends you keep have your best interests at heart and that their morals and values are a true depiction of yours. Believe it or not, what you speak about and what you listen to, for example, shape your reality. So ensure that the circle you place yourself in is heading to a future you desire. Less than that is worth dismissing.
