“I believe that as a dental professional, it is my responsibility to never stop educating and advocating for improved oral health in and outside of the dental office. I aim to be a beacon of hope, inspiration and change in Jamaica’s health-care landscape and to help shape the views and mindsets towards oral health in Jamaica,” she said.
Richards is not only on a mission to provide top-notch dental care, but also to create a comfortable environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and their caregivers. This commitment led her to pursue additional training and specialisation in treating patients with autism, ensuring that Pure Smiles Jamaica is a space where every individual, regardless of their unique needs, receives the highest quality dental care in a supportive and understanding setting.
