ST JAMES, Jamaica - Police in St James are reporting that one Glock 9mm pistol with a magazine containing four 9mm cartridges was seized during an operation on Comet Drive, Bogue Heights in the parish on Monday.

Reports are that about 2:45 pm, a team was conducting operations in the area when an abandoned building was searched and the weapon and ammunition were recovered beneath a zinc in a multi-coloured sock.

No arrest was made in connection with the find.
