ST CATHERINE, Jamaica— Four men were shot dead and one injured by gunmen in Tawes Pen/Railway Lane in Spanish Town, St Catherine on Sunday night.
Police identified the deceased as Nicardo Moore, 21, of Railway Lane; Kirk Barrett, 21, also from Railway Lane; Desmond Bloomfield, 34, from Spanish Town and Horace Letterman, 28, a tiler from Oxford Road in Spanish Town.
Police said about 7:30 am, all five men were on Railway Lane when gunmen drove up and opened fire.
The five were all shot and injured and taken to hospital where four of them were pronounced dead and the other admitted.
No motive has been established for the attack, police sources said.
