Dancehall artiste Spice made her much-heralded return to the stage for the first time in six months with a rambunctious onstage stint at the Start Di Fun Music Festival in the Cayman Islands on Friday, March 24th.

The self-proclaimed Queen of Dancehall appeared to be fully recovered from a medical ordeal that had seen her undergo four surgical procedures.

In video footage which emerged online over the weekend, patrons could be seen chanting “we want Spice!” before she hit the stage dressed in her signature blue body suit, blue boots and a light blue wig.

She kicked off her high energy set with Romantic Mood before seguing into So Mi Like It. Then she kicked off her boots and really whipped the crowd into a frenzy, twerking in tandem to the beat.

Right after that sexually charged performance, she took time to address the audience.

“If you thank God for waking you up this morning, just say thank you Father God, I am grateful to be here,” she said.

Then she invited members of the audience onstage to show off their dancing prowess to her popular Tik Tak song.

On Saturday, she thanked the audience for their enthusiasm and support via Instagram.

She also has other upcoming performances in New York, Jamaica, and Bermuda.
