Sunday’s Horoscope – May 17

Happy birthday for Sunday, May 21, 2023. The first day of Gemini season is here, bringing a big dose of curiosity, conversation and a flurry of activities along with it. While yesterday’s vibe may have been emotionally intense, today offers us a much friendlier and more relaxed atmosphere. It’s a good day to connect with people, new and old. Though, when the late afternoon arrives we might notice the pace slowing down a bit, leaving us feeling tired or sleepy. It will probably be best to keep a light schedule and give ourselves the opportunity to turn in early so that we don’t overdo it.

ARIES (March 21 to April 19) — Staying local and hitting up your go-to spot might be more convenient than leaving your neighbourhood to go have fun. You’ll probably save some money, too.

TAURUS (April 20 to May 20) — You might be in the mood to treat a friend to lunch. It can be nice to spoil your buds but make sure you’re not overextending yourself or your wallet.

GEMINI (May 21 to June 20) — Your birthday season has arrived, but you may be feeling some uncertainty about this next chapter of your life. Try not to overthink it. Answers will come soon.

CANCER (June 21 to July 22) — Rest and relaxation are on your agenda for the day. Put your notifications on “Do Not Disturb”, find a quiet spot and bliss out.

LEO (July 23 to Aug 22) — You may have the need to get some in-person face time with your friends. There may be myriad of events to choose from today, so try not to overcommit.

VIRGO (Aug 23 to Sept 22) — You’re no stranger to hard work, but don’t let folks leave you stuck holding the bag.

LIBRA (Sept 23 to Oct 22) — A mini road trip or some time spent in nature could be a good change of pace for you. Maybe it will give you a break from worrying about work and responsibilities.

SCORPIO (Oct 23 to Nov 21) — Dance, art, writing or music could help you work through difficult feelings like grief or sadness.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22 to Dec 21) — Relationships become a huge focus for you today. Perhaps you owe your partner or BFF a little quality time. If you’re feeling lonely, aim to meet new people.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22 to Jan 19) — You may have a regular routine or a set way of doing things. It’s possible that routine could get disrupted today. Be flexible.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20 to Feb 18) — Love, pleasure and silly, childlike fun may be the biggest things on your mind today. Make your happiness a priority.

PISCES (Feb 19 to March 20) — If you’re feeling moody today, that’s OK. Laying low or getting some love from your family might be the best thing for you.

FOR TODAY’S BIRTHDAY

You have an active and curious mind. You enjoy entertaining a myriad of ideas and interests. You’ve got a natural charm that just makes people fall in love with you or, at the very least, admire you. You can make friends easily; though, once you do establish a bond with someone, you’re loyal to the core. You’re a dreamer and an idealist; you see the potential and possibility in all things. You enjoy conversing with people and exploring how they think, giving you the gift of perspective. This year your attention turns toward healing and self-discovery.

Birthdate of: Judge Reinhold, actor; Nick Cassavetes, actor-director; Ron Isley, singer-record producer.
