Maya Deer is well known on the fashion scene for her fabulous get-ups, and she gave us yet another reason to focus our lens on her at the Saint International cocktail reception last Thursday. We just love how she added some pizzazz to her tank top and chiffon skirt with statement jewellery, a chain-strapped bag and faux fur boots.

Last week saw us at a number of events across the city, and naturally we kept an eye out for edgy stylin’. Check out this week’s fashionistas.

Heineken Green Synergy judge Quizz opted for quirky-chic with an oversized Mickey Mouse T-shirt, shiny see-through shirt, ruffled grey ankle boots and football socks.
JPS Customer Service Representative Simone Austin chose a Banana Republic romper, Sheikh platform pumps in red and black accessories for the Heineken Green Synergy finals last Friday at the National Indoor Sports Centre.
UWI student Gairy Wallace chose the preppy look — made popular by local artiste Ding Dong — with a pair of blue shorts and matching striped cardigan. A white fedora, belt and sneakers complete his stylish ensemble.
Jody Angus, who is also a UWI student, oozed sex appeal in pink distressed ‘skinnies’ and silver round-toe pumps with a matching belt and a ripped midriff top.
