Unidentified man found dead in Riverton City
ST ANDREW, Jamaica — The police are probing the death of an unidentified male, whose body was found on a dirt road in Riverton City, St Andrew on Friday.
The body is of dark complexion, medium build and is about 168 centimetres (5 feet 6 inches) long; it has a low haircut and was clad in a purple Polo cap, a grey t-shirt, a grey jeans and a pair of brown and cream slippers.Reports are that about 11:45 pm, residents summoned them to the area after reportedly hearing explosions. The body was found lying on its back with multiple gunshot wounds.Anyone who can identify this man or has any information that can assist the investigators is being asked to contact the Seaview Command Post at 997-9372, Crime Stop at 311 or 811, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.Information may also be given using the Stay Alert app.
