The Jamaican supernatural thriller series Possession, directed by acclaimed Jamaican filmmaker Storm Saulter, is now available for streaming across the Caribbean.

Written by Karla Crome, the series boasts an international cast, including British actresses Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Bel Powley, British actor Jonny Lee Miller, and Jamaican actor Sheldon Shepherd.

Following its official UK release on August 6, 2026, the series is now reaching Caribbean audiences. Ahead of its international debut, an exclusive screening of the first two episodes was held in Jamaica on Saturday, June 20, attended by Prime Minister Andrew Holness and several government officials.

Possession follows Claudia (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), a biracial lawyer from Bristol who travels to Jamaica to contest a £50 million inheritance left by a wealthy aristocrat (Jonny Lee Miller) to a local man, Cudjoe East (Sheldon Shepherd).

The series blends supernatural intrigue with a gripping inheritance dispute set against the backdrop of Jamaica.
