Usain supports Tessanne on The Voice

KINGSTON, Jamaica– Jamaican songstress Tessanne Chin took on the powerful ‘If I were your woman’ by the legendary Gladys Knight on Monday night’s top 10 live performance on NBC’s The Voice.

Chin, dressed in all black, delivered a strong, soulful version of the classic and received a standing ovation from the audience including her father, sister Tami and the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt.

“This has solidified your place on the show as a major, major contender,” commented her Voice coach, Adam Levine.

Christina Aguilera in complimenting Chin on the stellar performance told her that she wants to hear more of her Jamaican accent, as well as she would love to hear different elements of her.

Two contestants, no matter from what team, will be eliminated tomorrow. Voting opens at the end of Monday night’s show.
