Elderly man found dead in Bull Bay

KINGSTON, Jamaica — A 74-year-old man is suspected to have drowned at a beach in the Bull Bay area of St Andrew early Monday.

Dead is Carl Evans, a pensioner of Star of the East Lane in Bull Bay.

Reports from the Bull Bay police are that about 1:00 am, residents reported that a body was seen afloat in the water. It was retrieved, the scene was processed and it was removed to the morgue for post mortem.

Investigators say they do not suspect foul play at this time. However they are continuing their investigations.
