Search continues for St Thomas boys

ST THOMAS, Jamaica — The police this morning said they are still carrying out a search for two St Thomas boys who fell off a log and into the water at Lyssons Beach in the parish yesterday.

The St Thomas police report that Keico Mendez and Dwayne Brown – both 14 years old of Acacia Lane in the parish – were playing on a log in the water about 5:00 pm when they reportedly fell in.

The boys have not been seen since.

The Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) a short while ago said the police community members and the Marine Police are continuing the search in hopes of finding both boys.
