An ounce of wheatgrass…
Wheatgrass is packed with nature’s wholesome goodness and filled with all the elements that are necessary to reproduce life. In its original form, the kernel of this grass contains everything that will sustain life from babyhood to adulthood.
That is why it is always incorporated into baby formulas. Wheatgrass is considered a superfood with anti-aging, digestion-improving, energy-giving, anti-cancerous and anti-diabetic qualities. Its biggest claim is that an ounce of it is worth more than two pounds of fresh green vegetables. It increases the red blood cell count, renews and cleanses the blood and cleanses all the other organs in the body including the entire digestive tract. It is rich in enzymes and it dilates the blood vessels so as to facilitate blood transfusions. Wheatgrass takes care of the thyroid gland and corrects obesity. It is good for indigestion and many other complaints including arthritis. It also lowers the blood pressure.
It is used to restore the body’s PH balance and is contains alkaline minerals which are good for over acidity in the blood. It helps internal pain and has been used successfully to relieve constipation, diarrhoea , peptic ulcers and ulcerative colitis. It is a powerful detoxifier which protects the liver and the blood. Studies have shown that the juice has the ability to fight tumours and inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Wheatgrass juice is 70 per cent chlorophyll, the basis of all plant life, which is manufactured by the leaves of the plant through photosynthesis.
It can be taken orally or as a colon implant and is high in oxygen, which is necessary for the optimum functioning of the brain. The chlorophyll from wheatgrass is anti-bacterial so it can be used without, as well as within, the body. The dust of the chlorophyll can be applied externally to prevent eczema, acne and other skin disorders. You can also soak in a bath containing wheatgrass for 15 to 20 minutes. Wheatgrass juice is very digestible, reaching the blood in less than a minute and using far less energy in the digestive process than other foods. Gargle with wheatgrass juice to cure a sore throat and chew it to heal sores in the mouth. It prevents the hair from greying. You’ll begin to feel the difference as soon as you drink it. Herbivores who eat wheatgrass are always vigorous and healthy. In the Mid-west of North America, sterile cows became fertile when given wheatgrass as the magnesium in the chlorophyll restores the sex hormones. Many hundreds of thousands of years ago, humans learned to grind and pulverise wheat berries and the grass into a powder to make tortillas, cereals, noodles, muffins etc. For this reason, the plant which was buried with the deceased Pharaohs of old to sustain their after-life, and is nicknamed, the staff of life.

Dear Mr Buckston
What can you recommend for a person who is suffering from chronic back pain and he’s done several x-rays to include MRI and blood tests, but the results show nothing abnormal? I was once told it’s a pinched nerve.
