Dos and Don’ts of writing CXC exams
THE Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) will this Tuesday, April 24, host an online discussion forum where students will be able to comment on exam related issues and have specific questions answered.
The discussion will centre around what actions are allowable during any sitting of CXC administered exams, and which are not.
Some of the major ones will include:
* Can I take my phone into the examination room with me even though it is turned off?
* If my phone goes off while the examination is in progress what will happen to my results?
* What happens if I arrive at the examination centre 40 minutes after the start of the exam?
* The student sitting next to me says something to me during the examination. Should I answer him?
