JCDC’s gospel show starts in St James

THE Jamaica Cultural Development Commission’s (JCDC) Jamaica Gospel Song Road shows kicked off with an energising blend of inspiration and excitement at the Sam Sharpe Square, St James, on Saturday.

The Grace Tropical Rhythms-sponsored event saw praise-and-worship group In One A-Chord opening the show for the finalists.

The gospel contestants delivered energetic, spirit filled performances to thousands.

The show came to a close with 2003 third place winner Kerron Ennis performing hit songs such as Daddy Oh, No Wonder, and My Prayer. Other promotional road shows are scheduled for June 16 in Port Antonio Square and June 30 in Mandeville Square.
