Aubry vs Martinez

People Post

Harrowing images of Gabriel Aubry’s injuries following his brawl with Olivier Martinez have been released. The model can be seen displaying an extremely painful-looking and swollen black eye, along with cuts under his left eye and on his forehead and the bridge of his nose. The 36-year-old has since claimed Martinez threatened to kill him. It doesn’t look like anything is set to simmer down between the pair, as Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend has now obtained a restraining order against her fiancé following the Thanksgiving incident. And he’s also seeking to have his own restraining order lifted prohibiting him from seeing his daughter in the wake of the violent bust-up. Aubry was hospitalised with broken ribs and a bruised and swollen face following the fight, before he was charged with battery. And a judge issued an emergency protective order which prevented him from coming within 100 yards of either Nahla, Halle or Martinez. But now his lawyers are set to argue that it was Olivier who started the fight, although Halle’s attorneys are expected to argue the motion in court on Tuesday. The model obtained his emergency protective order against Martinez at a Los Angeles county court on Monday, according to TMZ. Documents reveal the order is valid until December 17. Meanwhile Berry and Martinez were seen arriving home together after visiting their lawyers, and were also paid a visit by detectives. Aubry claimed in his declaration that the day before Thanksgiving, the family went to watch Nahla’s school play, and Martinez whispered in his ear in French: “I wish I could beat the s*** out of you right now.”

Crazy, Stupid, Love!

They’ve being spending time apart recently, thanks to their work commitments. But Hollywood’s hottest couple, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, proved that they’re still very much together as they strolled arm-in-arm through New York on Thanksgiving. Things seem to be getting serious for the A-list couple as they took a break from their busy work schedules to spend the important holiday together. Clearly in sync with their styles, the couple looked on-trend as they took their early morning walk through the city, chatting and smiling. Eva looked enamoured with her boyfriend, and couldn’t help laughing as he talked to her, pulling him in close. The 38-year-old actress looked casual but super-stylish and could have passed for any other New York hipster as she strolled along with her heartthrob beau. Gosling has been busy working on director Terrence Malick’s new film, while girlfriend Eva has been shooting scenes for Clear History.

Miley Cyrus says farewell to her teens

Her 20th birthday party must have been a scream. As Miley Cyrus was seen mid-yell in the photo she tweeted Saturday, which also reveals her heavy dose of side-boob in a sexy crew-necked LBD.

“Great night last night. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with me. & yes I did get a big booty hoe 4 my birfday,” Cyrus tweeted to her 10.5 million followers. The Hannah Montana starlet is seen perched on a cushion between balloons in the shape of a ’20,’ having just kicked off her heels. Aside from her engagement to Hollywood hunk Liam Hemsworth, Miley was clearly excited about her new pet pig — a birthday present from animal rights organisation PETA. Thanks to the charity, Miley is now the proud sponsor of a piggy called Norah who spends her days at the Kindred Spirits Sanctuary in sunny Ocala, Florida.

The farm provides a refuge to abused or neglected animals including cows, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, horses, and donkeys. The charity’s executive vice president Tracy Reiman said: “PETA knew that sponsoring a rescued pig was the perfect birthday present for a young woman who spends so much time encouraging others to help animals.”
