Tom and Gisele put finishing touches on new $20-M house

People Post

No doubt their children, three-year-old Benjamin and one-year-old daughter Vivian (once she is old enough), will be big fans.

Father-of-three NFL star Brady, who also has a son John, five, from a previous relationship, and Brazilian model Gisele, 32, have no shortage of space at the 22,000-sq ft, custom-built compound.

The mansion boasts eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, a weight room for Tom, 35, to train in and a wine cellar.

The two wings are connected by a bridge and there’s a nursery for Benjamin, a lift and a butler’s room.

The couple bought the land in 2008 for $11million and had plans drawn up for the property which they then had amended as they didn’t think the building was big enough.

Thankfully, money is no object for the young couple who are worth almost $90million, thanks to her modelling and his NFL contract with the New England Patriots, and various endorsements.

The house is located near the hills for the hike-loving couple who often go for long walks with their dogs.

Kris Humphries turns down Kim K’s divorce settlement

She previously claimed she felt ‘handcuffed’ to Kris Humphries because he refused to divorce her.

But it seems Kim Kardashian’s cuffs are set to stay on a little longer, as the basketball player has reportedly turned down a $10-million offer to settle their case.

According to Radaronline.com, Kris, who is asking for an annulment on the basis of fraud, refused to accept the monetary payment in order to bring their lengthy divorce battle to an end.

A source close to proceedings told the website: “After Kim filed for divorce, she offered Kris a $10-million pay-off, with the agreement that he would not continue to pursue an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud.”

However, Kris is said to have turned down the offer because it has “never been about money”.

The source added: “He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special”.

But for Sandra , it seems nothing is more fulfilling than being with her boy.

The Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close actress took pleasure in accompanying her son to pre-school on a rainy Friday, braving the wet weather to spend as much time with little Louis as possible.

The 48-year-old was seen in Studio City, California with her two-year-old, jumping out of a large black SUV car to walk him into the building.
