Suspected suicide in Pedro Plains, St Elizabeth

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — Forty-five-year-old Patrick Edmond of Ridge Pen, Pedro Plains in St Elizabeth is suspected to have committed suicide in his community Friday morning.

The Pedro Plains police say that about 6:30 am a family member discovered Edmond’s body hanging from a tree and alerted the police. 

The body removed to the morgue. 

No foul play is suspected, however, detectives continue to probe the matter.
