Carrie Russell first in Zurich 100m, Stewart fourth

KINGSTON, Jamaica- Jamaica’s Carrie Russell crossed the finish line in 10.98 seconds, her personal best, to win the women’s 100M pre-programme Diamond League race in Zurich, Switzerland today.

American Alexandria Anderson was second in 11.02, followed by Verena Sailer from Germany (11.21).

Kerron Stewart was a surprising fourth (11.28), followed by team mate Natasha Morrison (11.33).
