Hollywood’s biggest night of the year — the 86th annual Academy Awards — fast approaches, and as we familiarise ourselves with the nominees, and cast our personal ballots — our money is on 12 Years a Slave — Thursday Life called in culinary artist Oji Jaja, executive chef at Ashebre, to create a themed menu of flavourful fare fit for an Oscar party of epic proportions.
