Moving On Up
“You’ve been promoted.” It’s the well-deserved declaration made to Solomon Gardner and Robert Chambers, two long-serving staffers of the iconic St James-based Sugar Mill Restaurant at the Half Moon Hotel.
Chambers, who has been a part of the Sugar Mill Restaurant for the past 17 years, has been promoted from maître d’hôtel to the position of Sugar Mill Restaurant manager. Meanwhile, Gardner moves into the position of Sugar Mill Restaurant brand manager.
The appointment makes him responsible for in-house guest service management functions in addition to coordinating and developing external marketing initiatives. Thursday Life extends its own hearty congratulations!
