ARTESA: YOUR jewellery designer
LIKE most of us, Grace-Ann Shaw has a thing for bling. It was this passion that led her to become the founder and operator of jewellery enterprise, ARTESA.
Following the concept “art speaks… give them words”, she offers a wide range of custom-made, personal jewellery just for you.
On her Facebook page you will see designs that will see the hashtags: #WrappedRings #Handmade #HandStamped #CustomWording #CustomJewellery #MadeInJamaica #HandmadeInThe876 #876Made #CreativityIsMyDrugOfChoice along with much of her designs.
A past student of The Hampton School, the 21-year-old Negril native, says most of her orders come from the social media platforms.
Artesa has been in operation since January 2014, specialising in rings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets. Catering heavily to unique style, she allows customers to distinctively choose their colours, material and engravings.
The content of the pieces often boasts personal mantras, names or other important wording at the sole discretion of the customer. “I pretty much create special pieces for amazing people; pieces that are an extension of themselves,” Shaw said.
Birthday gifts, inspirational token, sentimental symbols, you name it, Artesa accommodates it.
The self-taught Shaw also caters to those Zodiac enthusiasts, socialite and the religious that promises to be fashionable.
Besides beautifully crafted jewellery, Artesa comes with affordable prices starting as low as $850. She also facilitates island-wide shipping to customers.
The talented designer has made some extremely attractive products to date and promises to give nothing less.
