Wakefield Health Centre gets medical supplies
WAKEFIELD, Trelawny – The Wakefield Health Centre in Trelawny got a shot in the arm on Monday, when the Optimist Club of Falmouth in collaboration with NOW, a charitable organisation based in Atlanta, donated well needed medical sundries to the facility.
Among the items donated were nebulizers, masks, gloves, bandages, syringes, gauze, iodine, forceps, scissors and bowls.
Nurse Suzette Ried and her staff were on hand to receive the items from President of the Optimist Club of Falmouth Richard Robinson, as well as club members Beverley Samuels and Shermette Jones, and Melody Udoinyion of NOW.
