KINGSTON, Jamaica – Calabar’s Class One 4×100-metre relay team a short while ago smashed the existing record, winning in a time of 39.08 seconds.
The victory meant a fourth gold medal for Michael O’Hara at this year’s staging of the GraceKennedy ISSA Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics Championship, that is now under way at the National Stadium in Kingston.
Calabar High and Edwin Allen High are on course to successfully defending their titles at the 105th staging of the event.
