SIXTEEN-YEAR-OLD Alexion McDonald gave into the emotional high, bursting into tears shortly after she was announced Saint International’s 2015 Female Fashion Face of the Caribbean at the finals held at Courtleigh Auditorium last Saturday night.
The panel of judges comprising a record number of visiting model scouts (count ’em… 10!) from a roster of esteemed agencies that included Wilhelmina, Elite, Women Management, Muse and Next chose Brandon Bailey as the Male Face of the Year.
Elsewhere, during the three-hour-plus Saint-produced production, outré fashion was presented in the Campari-sponsored Avant Garde Designer of the Year competition segment, which saw Kurt Campbell adding another title to complement his Mission Catwalk Season Four win in November last year.
