Tea: Aussies extend lead vs Windies
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Australia extended their lead to 316 runs against West Indies at the tea break on Saturday’s third day at Sabina Park.
Australia reached 137-1 in their second innings after dismissing West Indies for 220.
Opener Shaun Marsh is unbeaten on 59 and first-innings century-maker Steven Smith is on eight.
David Warner made 62.
Scores: Australia 399 & 137-1; West Indies 220.
West Indies began the day on 143-8 and mustered a further 77 runs for the loss of their remaining two wickets.
Jason Holder made 82 not out off 63 deliveries.
Pacer Josh Hazlewood claimed 5-38 for the visitors.
