Island Entertainment Brands executives share a photo opportunity with this year’s scholarship recipients inside Marguerite’s by the Sea Restaurant during the handing over ceremony in Montego Bay recently. A total of $935,000 was disbursed to 40 students ranging from primary to tertiary level. The scholarships are open to students of employees of Island Entertainment Brands who have maintained averages above 84 per cent during the previous academic year. The programme was started in September 2006 and has so far assisted 320 students to the tune of $5.8 million. (PHOTO: ACEION CUNNINGHAM)
