MONTEGO BAY, St James — Former league champions Catherine Hall FC and Seba FC will meet this afternoon at the UDC field in one of the most anticipated games in the first round of the St James Football Association’s Captain’s Bakery and Grill Knockout, starting at 3:00 pm.

Both teams are in the Senior League and are expected to be evenly matched in today’s game, one of two as Copperwood FC and Seaview FC will meet at Albion in the other.

Marl Road became the third team to advance to the second round on Wednesday after eliminating Revelation FC 3-1 in their game at Albion.

Anthony Simpson scored both goals, giving Marl Road the lead in the 11th minute then scoring the winner in the 65th after Sebastian Robinson had levelled the scores in the 15th minute.

Faulkland FC beat Club Stars 2-0 in Monday’s first game, while Melbourne FC had a similar scoreline over Lilliput Rovers on Tuesday.

On Monday, Jelani Nicholson and substitute Taveak McNeil scored second-half goals for Faulkland FC, while Trevon Allen (58th minute) and Kamal Smith (69th) scored for Melbourne on Tuesday.
