Jazz and Blues Affinity Dinner
Members of the global fabulocracy, in Montego Bay, Jamaica for The Destination Experience weekend, gathered Friday evening for cocktails at the award-winning Sugar Mill restaurant ahead of the Jazz and Blues Affinity Dinner co-hosted by the American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ). The evening was as elegant as it was memorable — from the magic of the water wheel, tablescapes courtesy of Tai Flora Luxe, saxophonist Fitzroy Minott and songstress Tara Harrison, to the cuisine. On the evening’s programme was an auction in aid of AFJ charities. Up for grabs were full-concierge vacation getaways, wine tours, accommodation in the Sonoma Valley and — the one everyone wanted, even auctioneer Brian Roper — a ski-in ski-out villa in Aspen.
