Excellence at Jamalco athletics meet
Athletes from schools in Clarendon excelled at the recent JAAA Jamalco Development Meet.
Organisers also honoured six Olympians: Adlin Mair-Clarke, Carol Cummings, Audrey Reid-German, Carmen Smith, Cathy Rattary-Samuels, and Andrea Bruce.

Edwin Allen High’s quartet of Yanika McCrea, Kasheia Cameron, Moeisha Needham and Ceymore Donald won the female sprint medley in 4 minutes 03.44 seconds.
Glenmuir’s Zidan Brown capturing the Class 3 boys 100m in 11.31 seconds. He had earlier won the 400m in 52.38 seconds.
Garvey Maceo’s Nashaun Samuels running away with the Class 1 boys’ 400 metres in 49.23 seconds.
Garvey Maceo’s Domar Rankin winning the Class 1 boys’ 200m in 22.20 seconds.
