This iconic landmark has, for centuries, been the main arrival and departure point for Kingston, from the days of the ‘horse and buggy’ and before the demarcation line for downtown and uptown Kingston, KSAC noted.
Brown Burke gave the assurance that the KSAC would do its part to preserve this historic landmark.
The KSAC also appealed to citizens to allow the authorities to complete their work unimpeded.
