Cancer…
According to American based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, over 12 million persons find out each year around the world that they have cancer, and 7.6 million persons die from cancer. However, the number of persons living with and beyond cancer is growing and people are now living with cancer in different ways and that’s why we’re highlighting cancer survivors, those who have fought cancer and won!
Today we celebrate life for our survivors and seek to inspire those who have been recently diagnosed, gather support for families and reach out to communities. Join us as we honour survivors and show persons that life after a cancer diagnosis can be lively, rewarding and equally inspiriting.
