Send a message to the terrorists
Dear Editor,
Anyone who threatens to kill in such a widespread organised, documented, and barefaced way, as documented in the threatening extortion letters delivered to business operators in Manchester, is a terrorist.
On being charged and found guilty, any such person should be sentenced to death and executed forthwith, sending a zero tolerance message.
Our leaders who do not support the death sentence are out of step with the majority of Jamaicans and should immediately get in line or leave their positions, as this is still supposed to be a democracy.
If not, we may as well allow the criminal enterprise operators to get on with the job as they have a record of dispensing swift, sure and secure justice while the State limps along to our detriment.
