Zekedon drops drops mixtape, web series
South Florida-based deejay Zekedon has been making a name on the live stage show circuit. Last November he made an impression at the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival, and on the weekend he graced the stage at Best of the Best.
The dancehall artiste has released his latest mixtape titled
T.O.E. TAG (Talent Over Everything). Simultaneously, he launched Season Two of his popular web series
3-N-O.The mixtape contains 15 tracks which showcases Zekedon’s dynamic musical chops as well as his unique rendition of Khalid’s
Location, and a heartfelt freestyle to The Weeknd’s
Starboy.Other tracks featured on the mixtape include
Dancehall Is So Nice, Higher, Best Seller, Wine and Snap, Run Di Place and

They’re gonna love it,” said Zekedon.Born Ezekiel Edwards in Brooklyn, New York, to parents originally from Jamaica, Zekedon is the nephew of singer and songwriter Annette Brissett (she wrote Marcia Griffiths’s hit
I Shall Sing).He started out in music as a disc jockey and even toured as Mr Vegas’s DJ. He is known for songs including
Go Away, A1 Class, and
Bring it On.
