Dancehall deejay Munga Honorebel, who yesterday was scheduled to make is first appearance in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on a charge of murder, will have to wait until Tuesday, June 6.

The date was arrived at after members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force failed to submit the case file to the court.The deejay’s attorney Christopher Townsend confirmed to the

Jamaica Observer that the police did not submit the file, but said he was advised it would be submitted later yesterday for him to appear in court next Tuesday.The entertainer, whose given name is Damian Rhoden, was arrested and charged with the murder of Cleveland Smith last Saturday. He was shot and killed at a dance in the community of Ackee Walk in St Andrew, approximately two–and- a- half weeks ago.The dancehall act was first taken into police custody two Mondays ago and released the Thursday after. He was subsequently re-arrested last Saturday.Munga Honorebel, who has a career spanning almost two decades, got his break in 2005 when he teamed up with producer Don Corleon. Among his tracks are
