StudioEurique’s exhibition opens
STUDIOEurique’s annual summer exhibition is scheduled to open today at Hummingbird Villa, Skyline Drive in Jack’s Hill, St Andrew. The event is slated for a 5:30 pm start.
Among the guests will be the custos of St Andrew, Dr Pat Dunwell; Alma Mock-Yen, former lecturer in the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication, University of the West Indies, Mona Campus; and Dr Elaine Wallace, dean of admissions at University of Technology in St Andrew.
In keeping with the Jamaica 55 celebrations, StudioEurique will exhibit the works of Jamaican artist Janeque Henry.
StudioEurique’s permanent collection of paintings and sculptures will also be on show.
The exhibition will be curated by Eurica Marshall-Poot, art historian and director of StudioEurique.
