NWC maintenance works scheduled for sections of St Ann, St Mary

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Water Commission (NWC) is urging customers in areas of St Ann and St Mary to store water for use during periods of disruption, which may result from maintenance works scheduled in the parishes for the coming week.

NWC, advised in a release yesterday, that the company will be conducting maintenance works along its pipe network in order to complete necessary improvements in the system.

The works are scheduled from 6:00 pm on Tuesday to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, and will affect water supply in the following areas: Mango Valley, Huddersfield Road, Boscobel Housing Scheme, Hills of Boscobel, Gibraltar, Hamilton Mountain, Days Mountain and Bariffe Hall.
