Unicomer forges new partnership with Paymaster

Unicomer (Jamaica) Limited says it has partnered with Paymaster to give customers additional payment facilities for Courts, Lucky Dollar, Courts Optical, Courts Ready Cash, Ashley Furniture HomeStore, and RadioShack.

“The new strategic alliance promises to create more accessibility to Unicomer’s customer base for bill payments,” a company news release stated.

“Additionally, customers in the diaspora will be able to take advantage of the new service offering by making payments via Paymaster’s safe and reliable online portal. The strategic partnership furthers Unicomer Jamaica’s mission to always strive to exceed the expectations of Jamaican consumers while providing easy, flexible and convenient payment options,” the Unicomer news release added.

Paymaster’s General Manager Michael Fisher expressed confidence in the alliance, noting that his company is focused on expanding its client profile and Unicomer brands are strong household names in Jamaica.

“This strategic partnership will serve the Jamaican people, and will undoubtedly enhance and extend the location reach to Unicomer’s customers — now our mutual customers,” the release quotes Fisher.

Unicomer Managing Director Dennis Harris explained that the company’s focus is on the customer. “We are always excited to provide products and services that are relevant and accessible to all Jamaicans. Our new partnership with Paymaster significantly extends the number of physical locations islandwide, and also provides our customers with a convenient and accessible online and in-store alternative for making their bill payments,” Harris stated. “We consistently seek new opportunities, not only to enhance our customer experience throughout the lifetime of our customer relationship, but also to provide value-added initiatives that make shopping with Unicomer an enjoyable and hassle-free experience.”

With the new payment facilities, all Unicomer customers will be able to make payments at their convenience from a variety of locations islandwide.
