RUBiS reopens second upgraded service station
RUBiS Energy Jamaica Ltd has resumed operations at its Brown’s Town, St Ann, location — another major move for the fuel retailer since its entry into Jamaica’s petroleum market in 2014.
The reopening of RUBiS Brown’s Town strengthens the fuel provider’s footprint in St Ann and complements its other stations in the parish, including Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay and St Ann’s Bay.
RUBiS Retail Manager Raymond Samuels believes the reopening is well-timed. “Brown’s Town is one of the busiest towns in Jamaica. We are indeed happy with the outcome and to present a fully transformed facility well ahead of the Christmas period,” said Samuels via press release.
Speaking to the relevance of the RUBiS Ultra Shop’s convenient retail offerings, Samuels said, “The Ultra Shop provides customers with the opportunity to enjoy a quick snack at our food service area, as well as take advantage of the great assortment of car care products made available through our strategic partnerships.”
The modern facilities and state-of-the-art technology undertaken by RUBiS include double-walled tanks equipped with automatic tank gauging, smart fuel control systems, and the latest point of sale hardware.
Kelvin Hill, RUBiS Brown’s Town retailer, is pleased about the association with RUBiS. “I am proud to represent such a strong international brand and even more pleased to be associated with an entity known for its premium products and superior service. A lot of emphasis was put into preparing this station for operation — from the training of my staff, to the provision of world-class amenities and, of course, the quality of the products we offer here. My team and I are proud ambassadors of RUBiS and we will wave the RUBiS flag high,” he said.
The newly reopened RUBiS Brown’s Town station operates from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
