THE promise of the future finds expression on the 10-race Burger King sponsored Super Day of racing tomorrow at Caymanas Park in the form of the Coca Cola Juvenile Sprint over 6 ½ furlongs.

Six two-year-olds have been entered to contest for the $600,000 winner’s cheque.

The following analysis of the starters is done in post-position order.

CORAZON: (2.b.f – Blue Pepsi Lodge – My Heartbeat) — A winner on October 13 over the five-straight course in a fast 59.2 seconds. Corazon now moves from the five straight to 6 ½ furlongs to compete here and has been primed for this race.

ROHAN KABIR: (2.ch.g – Soul Warrior – Raise Your Voice) — Cannot deal with these as yet. Note the tongue tie and the cheek pieces have been fitted.

LADY BLUE: (2.ch.f – Blue Pepsi Lodge – The Vibes Lady) — Seems to be a sprinter in the making, thereby making it difficult for her against these at 6 ½ furlongs.

TOP SHELF: (2.ch.f – Soul Warrior – First Choice) — A surprise long shot winner of the first of three juvenile races sponsored by Supreme Ventures Limited on September 29. Top Shelf beat some good horses then, and with her experience she is confidently expected to give a capital effort in this one. Top Shelf is well rested, fit and ready to make in three wins in a row.

TRICKY ONE: (2.b.c – Casual Trick – The Golden One) — His come-from-behind win on October 6 going six furlongs spoke of his courage and determination. Tricky One is going to be well suited by the distance and has every chance of making it win number two.

ENVISAGED: (2.gr.f – Fearless Vision – Alpha Lupa) — Racing for the first time and should benefit from the experience.
