Firearm, ammo found in St Catherine house

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A .380 Lorcin pistol and two rounds of ammunition were seized by the police in Lakes Pen, St Catherine on Friday, October 16.

The police said lawmen were on operation when the gun, along with two rounds of ammunition, were found hidden in a bag in the room of a house.

The incident occurred around 4:30 pm. No arrest was made, the police said, but investigations continue.
