Police seek help identifying body found on Payne Avenue

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a male discovered along Payne Avenue in Kingston 11 on Friday.

The police said they went to the area after residents contacted them about 11:38 am. The scene was then processed and the corpse removed to the morgue for post mortem.

According to the police, the body is of a dark complexion, medium built and is about 187 centimetres (6 feet 2 inches) long. It had on a pair of shorts and a pair of socks.

Anyone with information that can assist the Hunts Bay police with this investigation should call 876-923-7111, Crime Stop at 311 or the nearest police station.
