Helping small manufacturers

National Baking Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary “Butch” Hendrickson on Tuesday staged a workshop with five small manufacturers of pepper sauces and condiments during which he shared his knowledge of manufacturing and export as part of his company’s sponsorship of Hot Ones – Caribbean, a local version of the popular web-series that was started by Complex Networks.

The workshop, held at Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston, forms part of the sponsorship agreement to mentor and make the small manufacturers export-ready.

National Baking Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary “Butch” Hendrickson (right) welcomes Matthew Wallace, co-founder of Scotch Boyz sauces and condiments, at Tuesday’s workshop for five small manufacturers of pepper sauces and condiments.
