AdMark acquires TT firm
Advertising & Marketing Jamaica Limited (AdMark) announced Tuesday that it has acquired RED Advertising and Marketing Limited in Trinidad, adding to its expanding network and growing its footprint across the region.
AdMark did not disclose the acquisition cost but said it is part of its strategic vision to provide its clients with a comprehensive suite of marketing and advertising services, while also expanding its reach in the Caribbean.
With this acquisition, AdMark expands its network of offices, with the headquarters in Jamaica, supported by North American operations, and now with a strong presence in Trinidad. The move will enable the agency to offer its clients a more extensive range of services, along with a deeper, more powerful thinking and execution.
“We are thrilled to add Trinidad to our growing network,” said Arnold Foote, executive chairman and chief creative officer of AdMark. “This acquisition bolsters our commitment to our clients in the Caribbean, and we look forward to working with the talented Trinidadian team to continue providing award-winning creative to our clients across the region.”
“This is an exciting development for AdMark,” said Peter Lampert, VP of Client Success and Investment of the AdMark network. “We are proud of this expansion, and we look forward to the potential this territory offers.”
The acquisition will enable AdMark to deliver its expertise to the Trinidadian market, while also supporting client expansion opportunities across the region. The move is an important step in AdMark’s growth strategy. AdMark was a top winner yet again in this year’s regional American Advertising Awards (Addys), winning eight gold, eight silver and a top award for Best of Film, Video and Sound.
