Keller Williams Jamaica receives Onward Award

Keller Williams Jamaica receives Onward Award

Global real estate company Keller Williams Worldwide has awarded its Jamaican franchise with the coveted Onward Award, an award of excellence recognising the local franchise’s resilience and unmatched growth in new agents, growth in profits and growth in business in all areas.

Keller Williams Jamaica receives the honour after the very tragic and sudden passing of its inspirational and visionary founder and franchise holder Rory Anthony Marsh.

At a recently held awards ceremony in Anaheim, Los Angeles, California, with tears flowing, President of Keller Williams Worldwide, Bill Soteroff presented the award to Nicole Touzalin, the newly appointed operating principal and lead broker at Keller Williams Jamaica, to thunderous applause.

Soteroff hailed Marsh as “the beacon of excellence, who wore the KW Culture proudly and was very inspirational, light years ahead with his visions which he was happy to share with the world.”

Keller Williams Jamaica’s Kameika Swaby was awarded overall top associate across all categories at the local company’s award ceremony.

In honour of the late Keller Jamaica boss, trees were planted in France and other franchise offices to mark his global impact.

Marsh passed away suddenly last March.

According to a press release, Marsh believed that “the importance of greatness is being able to deliver quality which is most times unmatched”. It was with this determination to strive for greatness that moved him to strategically partner with Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the world, the release stated.

Nevin Nish, newly appointed qualifying director and broker, Keller Williams Jamaica

On March 3, 2023 at a local awards function for the company, held at the Pegasus Hotel, the Onward Award was shared with the KW Jamaica family. At that awards ceremony, realtor associate Kameika Swaby was awarded overall top associate across all categories.

Nevin Nish, newly appointed qualifying director and broker, charged the new agents present to strive for excellence, while displaying a high level of integrity in the field, representing their clients, their families and their brokerage while adding value.
