AS part of Diplomatic Week earlier this month the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade in partnership with the Port Authority of Jamaica held its Reggae Night Cocktail Reception at the Historic Naval Dockyard, Port Royal. Professor Gordon Shirley, president and CEO of the Port Authority, hosted the event.
