Gas prices down $3.06, diesel down $0.01
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, October 5, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $3.06, 90-octane will be sold for $193.60 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $187.52.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $189.77 per litre after a decrease of $0.01 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $198.16 per litre up by $0.82.
Kerosene decreased by $0.09 and will be sold for $193.58 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $67.65 per litre up by $0.25 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $73.78 per litre after an increase of $0.25.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
