The New Wave Block Party returned on Sunday, October 8, to an even bigger turnout than its last staging. Hundreds of partygoers descended upon Summit Kingston in anticipation of an experience that promised to deliver food, fun, and art. The Lindsey Lodenquai-led initiative did not disappoint! For over five hours, fans of new-wave roots-reggae partied to the sounds of deejays Nico Lee, Fatalic, and Brush 1, before being entertained by a stellar line-up of talent like Ras-I, Tessellated, Amanyea, Friday Night Cru, and Protoje. As a bonus they even got the opportunity to make a cameo in Protoje’s new video
