According to a resident of the community, the man – who has been identified only as Desmond – had been missing from Friday night.
The resident, who goes by the name Tina, said after the weekend passed without anyone hearing from Desmond, residents were about to file a missing person report when they discovered a wall had collapsed on a site they believe he was working at.
“We have an idea that he was working on a site, but we never know that it was here. So, this morning somebody come off the site and told us that Desmond…they find him underneath the rubble,” said Tina.
“He’s a very handy man innu. They call him ‘Hulk’. Everybody know him on the street. He’s very useful,” she added.
