Corporate meets style with Suga Lifestyle’s third staging of the Tailored Jamaican Fashion Show at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel in Kingston.
The event dazzled with fashion and accessory designs, fragrances, and small local businesses across the creative industry under one stylish roof. The runway extravaganza was a fusion of corporate flair and chic aesthetics, featuring 12 local designers who aimed to break free from post-COVID norms, challenging corporate perceptions of casual dressing. “We wanted to give our local designers a platform to showcase bold, edgy confidence, proving that professionalism can coexist with style. That’s the vibe we aimed for on the runway,” Gabrielle Burgess, CEO of Suga Lifestyle, expressed to the Business Social. Among the models strutting the runway were Fusion Models, past and present Mission Catwalk contestants, and Miss Jamaica World 2016 Ashlie Barrett. The Business Social now brings you the highlights.
